TEC was founded in 1988 by current CEO Tim E. Coffey with a vision to build a minority-owned company capable of competing with the major engineering and construction companies. Today TEC employs 40 full-time engineering and construction professionals who will manage all phases of your engineering and construction projects. Customers get expertise they need with a superior level of service, plus all the benefits of hiring a minority-owned enterprise.
