LAX - Termin Core.jpg

The Terminal Cores and APM Interface Project will include modifications to the Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) and an area currently described as T5.5, which is located between existing Terminals 5 and 6 ticketing buildings. The Project represents approximately 165,000 square feet of work consisting of airport terminal renovation, demolition and new construction. The Design Build JV team will be responsible for all aspects of the design, preconstruction and construction to accommodate multiple passenger elevators and escalators at each location. Additionally, other modifications to TBIT and Terminals 5 & 6 will be necessary to improve passenger access and movement within those structures. This project may include additional scopes of work as determined by LAWA based on needs that may arise out of the impacts caused by the implementation of this Project, LAMP and other improvements planned and under consideration by LAWA.
