The Metro Green Line is a light rail line running down the center of the Century Freeway (I-105) in Los Angeles County. Electrically powered, the Metro Green Line connects to the Los Angeles International Airport. The Metro Green Line provides multi-modal connections to major transportation hubs, park and ride facilities, and connections to Metrolink, the five county commuter rail system.

TEC provided the following professional services:

  • Consulting services in support of construction management and systems integration testing

  • Claims review and dispute resolution analysis

  • Participated in review of Disputes Resolution Board proceedings, which included presenting new methodologies for evaluating schedule delays and time extensions

  • Provided quarterly automatic train control (ATC) review of schedule, status compliance, and provision of recommendations for recovery.

  • Quarterly reviews of start-up and testing procedures and activities to determine schedule compliance and role responsibilities.
