Timothy E. Coffey,
CEO
Tim Coffey brings more than 30 years of experience in general contracting, construction management, design engineering and planning to the team. His work experience includes major transportation projects in light rail, highways and airports, as well as hospitals, sports facilities and commercial office buildings. Tim is an ardent supporter of several Los Angeles based early education programs and provides scholarships for underserved high school students. At TEC, Tim has executive management oversight of all development and construction projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management from Purdue University and a Finance curriculum from Cleveland State University.
Pamela Brown, President
Pamela Brown is involved in the daily operations of TEC. Her direct responsibility includes the planning, developing and implementing of corporate policies, programs and practices. She oversees the marketing, finance and operations departments and reports directly to the CEO and provides counsel and assistance to other departments. Pam is an active member of the National Society of Civil Engineers for Women in Construction and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the California State Polytechnic University in Pomona.
Charles Robinson,
VP of Operations
Charles Robinson has more than 35 years in the AEC industry. He has worked mostly on medium to large scale private public sector, commercial and industrial business projects in various roles such as Senior Project Manager, Senior Contracts Administrator, Chief Estimator, Project Controls Supervisor, and General Engineering/ Building Contractor. His extensive background includes controls programming and development, bid process systems, cost and contract administration, and managing personnel and field operations. He is well-versed in Federal and California Contract Law and currently oversees all field operations and activity for TEC. Charles holds a degree in Biochemical Engineering from University of California, San Diego.
